Mrs Leung Kwai Yee Lutheran Home for the Elderly
Introduction
Our home was established in 1990. It is the first subvented aged home under the Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service. In 2007 the home was converted into a Care & Attention Home providing Continuum of Care Home with capacity 104 placement.
Objectives
Provide residential care and nursing services for the elders, so that they can develop their potential and participate in community activities.
Target
Undergo MDS-HC assessment to establish the eligibility for admission.
